Morning: Fueling Up, Dog Duty & Mastermind Moments

Every morning kicks off with feeding my four energetic dogs (before anything else!). While they get their energy out, I enjoy my first coffee, check emails, and sort out priorities for the day. Once the house settles, I jump into a mastermind session with inspiring peers, then head to the gym for a boost and, when possible, fit in breakfast.
Afterward, I brainstorm content, prep for potential showings, update sellers, buyers, and lenders, and review local market stats to keep everyone in sync with Midlands trends.

Midday & Afternoon: Organized Chaos—Showings, Negotiations & Connections
The “workday” heats up with property showings that sometimes feel like a mad dash, negotiations that keep me on my toes, and friendly client check-ins that can pop up anytime. Real estate is rarely regimented—some days are a whirlwind with last-minute appointment requests, juggling responses to buyers and sellers, or making creative decisions to help clients stand out.
In between, I squeeze in content creation (blog posts, social media), support local, and keep adapting to whatever the Midlands market throws my way.

Evening: Family Time, Love & Real Friendships
When my husband gets home, it’s all about family. Evenings are for unwinding together—catching up, sharing laughs, and regrouping after the day’s chaos. I cherish this time with him and our pups, making dinner, enjoying a walk, or simply relaxing. Work only pops up for a true emergency or if a client-friend wants to reconnect over a friendly chat (because clients often become friends in this business).

As a Midlands realtor (and wife, dog parent, and friend!), I know life and business are never perfectly scheduled. Each day blends service, connection, growth, and a whole lot of heart.
